. Responsibilities: ServiceNow Developer will play a major role in the delivery of ServiceNow Implementation projects and driving strategic transformational change of ITIL solution deployment. Responsible for the implementation/integration of ServiceNow with other systems. Responsible for the overall development, design, implementation and integrity of the ServiceNow application within the enterprise ensuring that the solution delivered to business units are engineered in accordance with corporate architecture and infrastructure standards. Participate in requirement gathering phase with requests and provide inputs on the requirements. Ensure the instance health by working with the engagement team to reduce technical debt and align to ServiceNow leading practices. Build and provide expert solutions for best development related to ServiceNow scripting and administration. Ability to design reusable frameworks for the ServiceNow Team. Review solutions for complex integrations keeping Security adherence intact for compliance needs of customers. Ensure visibility of all updates and changes related to ServiceNow Products are reviewed and shared amongst all other developers. Effectively managing key stakeholders both internally with in IT/Sec and externally with other Business units.
Skills you'll need: 4 to 6 years of experience in owning ServiceNow Development (coding, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting changes), showcasing deep technical knowledge and following development best practices. Minimum 3 full ServiceNow implementations acting as a Developer. Expertise in scripting on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Widgets UI Pages etc Experience with Now Experience/UI Builder for Employee Center configuration and enhancements. Experience integrating ServiceNow with other applications, building custom/scoped apps and working knowledge of ServiceNow modules ie ITSM, ITOM, ITAM( not limited to). Understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including Integration Hub, Service Graph Connectors, SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, REST, SOAP, XML, JSON etc. Expertise in building and maintaining ServiceNow CMDB (Configuration Management Database), ensuring accuracy, health, and integration with discovery tools. ServiceNow Certifications(mandatory): Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications(at least one) Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including polished presentation skills with the ability to deliver technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and understandable manner. Ability to present business cases, strategies and solutions. Ability to socialize ideas, make recommendations, and prepare prototypes for proposed solutions. Ability to effectively undertake challenges and efficiently work in project and with teams in a complex environment. Provide excellent customer service, communication, problem solving and decision- making skills. Demonstrate strong prioritization, time management and organizational skills.
The following skills will be considered plus: Experience implementing Vulnerability Response (VR), Event Management (EM), Discovery, Service Mapping (SM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules.
