We also work closely with Sales and Global Services colleagues to develop strategic account growth plans, and to identify and pursue sales opportunities.</p><p></p><p>Join us as a Solutions Architecture Engineer 2 on our Professional Services team in Bengaluru / Hyderabad to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.</p><h2><br><b>What you’ll achieve</b></h2><p>As a senior engineer in the client engineering Incident Response team, you will be accountable to manage the incidents and troubleshoot highly complex technical problems around M365 & O365 platforms, Identity and Access Management, Application Deployment and Delivery to our global customer base.</p><p></p><p><b>You will:</b></p><ul><li>Troubleshoot complex, intricate technical problems to ensure optimal service levels, work on multiple incidents and projects simultaneously</li><li>Act as a point of escalation in complex, critical instances and may delegate tasks to peers as required, create content for technical solutions which contributes to internal knowledge bases and departmental documentation.</li><li>Communicate with cross-functional and inter-department teams including executives and managerial audiences, support vendor escalations through direct vendor contact.</li><li>Respond to incidents using a variety of communications platforms, collaborate with Team members to enhance the customer experience.</li><li>Consider potential security impacts to the customer and Dell when delivering services, deliver great customer experiences at every opportunity.</li></ul><p></p><h2><b>Take the first step towards your dream career</b></h2><h2>Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we are looking for with this role:</h2><h2></h2><h2><b>Essential Requirements </b></h2><ul><li>Undergraduate degree with 4-6 years of related professional experience, or equivalent experience, experience using Service Now to manage incidents, problems, and requests</li><li>Basic experience for large complex organizations including:<ul><li>Intune & SCCM (Applications, Patches, OS)</li><li>Applications, Printer installations and Troubleshooting</li><li>Active Directory (Users, Groups, Objects, DNS, UPN etc.)</li><li>Identity and Access Management</li><li>Office 365 Applications (Outlook, Teams)</li><li>Azure Infrastructure</li></ul></li><li>Experience with advanced trouble shooting, ability to document processes and lifecycle management of knowledge base documents.</li><li>Ability to set task priority and dynamically adjust as the customer requires</li><li>Willingness to participate in a customer support 24/7 and On-Call rotation.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Desirable Requirements </b></p><ul><li>Microsoft Platform Certifications (MCSE)</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Who we are</span></b></p><p>We believe that each of us has the power to make an impact.
