Visit us at https://online.nmims.edu/about-us/ for more information.<br><br><strong>Job Title</strong> Sr. Coordinator- Content QA <strong>Reports to</strong> Director CIQA <strong>Location</strong> Mumbai<br><br><strong>Job Purpose<br><br></strong>This role is responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and compliance of digital content, often in an asynchronous or remote setting. Your primary focus is on reviewing and assessing various forms of content, such as written articles, videos, audio, or any other media type that is created and published online.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibility<br><br></strong><ul><li>Review and assess educational materials, including text, videos, student learning materials, synchronous and asynchronous content for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with curriculum objectives.</li><li>Identify errors, inconsistencies, or outdated information and recommend necessary revisions or updates. Ensure content is engaging, accessible, and meets quality standards</li><li>Assist Director CIQA to implement quality assurance procedures to maintain consistency and standards across all asynchronous content.</li><li>Verify that content aligns with predefined learning objectives, outcomes, and educational standards.</li><li>Conduct usability testing to evaluate the user-friendliness of the digital learning platform and content navigation.</li><li>Gather feedback from learners and instructors to make improvements.</li><li>Assess the effectiveness of multimedia components, simulations, and interactive elements in enhancing the learning experience.</li><li>Propose enhancements to content, such as adding supplementary materials, links to external resources, or multimedia elements to improve learning outcomes.</li><li>Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance content development and quality assurance processes.</li><li>Assist Director CIQA to Collect, Collate and disseminate accurate and reliable statistics about content quality of programmes at NCDOE.</li><li>Assist Director for preparation and submission of required regulatory reports, Annual report and documentation to statutory bodies in a timely and accurate manner.</li><li>Provide reports and updates to senior leadership and regulatory bodies as necessary.</li><li>Maintain comprehensive records of compliance activities, reports, and corrective actions.</li><li>Facilitate training to staff and teachers on quality assurance procedures.</li><li>Coordinate with relevant regulatory authorities for audits and inspections.</li><li>Stay updated with educational trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in online learning.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Key Interactions</strong> <strong>Internal Stakeholders</strong> <strong>External Stakeholders</strong> University Departments Students Agency, Vendors<br><br><strong>Dimensions<br><br></strong><ul><li>This is individual contributor role <br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements- Skills & Competencies<br><br></strong><ul><li>Understand quality assurance requirements of content produced for distance and online learning</li><li>Attention to detail and a commitment to quality improvement.</li><li>Analytical mindset and the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in content.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.</li><li>Knowledge of relevant software and tools (e.g. MS Excel, BI) for data analysis and reporting.</li><li>Adaptability to changing digital content trends and technologies.</li><li>Time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.</li><li>Ethical and responsible behavior, especially when handling sensitive or confidential content.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements- Education & Work Experience<br><br></strong><ul><li>Master's degree in education, instructional design, quality assurance, or a related field; </li><li>Proven work experience of 5-8 years in education quality assurance, accreditation, or a similar role within an educational institution.</li><li>Experience in quality assurance or content review in an educational setting is preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of instructional design principles and educational pedagogy.</li><li>Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and digital content creation tools.</li></ul>
