This leader oversees a team of charge capture specialists and is responsible for driving productivity, maintaining high-quality standards, and implementing best practices that align with organizational goals. The Supervisor is responsible for identifying trends impacting charge capture and communicating with the sites supported. The Supervisor must be capable of mentoring the team while setting an example consistent with COH mission, vision, value and bond. The Supervisor must have strong understanding of CPT/HCPCS and CMS/payer billing guidelines. Reporting to the Senior Revenue Integrity Manager, this role is pivotal in optimizing revenue cycle performance and compliance<strong>.</strong></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span
