Key Responsibilities

  • Pick up food orders from partnered restaurants as assigned by the Swiggy/Zomato app

  • Ensure timely and safe delivery of orders to customers doorsteps

  • Follow navigation directions and deliver orders to the correct location

  • Handle food packages carefully to ensure no spillage or damage

  • Collect payments (if applicable) and deliver accurate change

  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times

  • Update delivery status in the mobile application as per the process

  • Report any delivery issues to the support team immediately

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 10th pass or equivalent

  • Own a smartphone (Android/iOS)

  • Basic knowledge of using mobile apps and navigation tools

  • Ability to read and understand delivery instructions in English or local language

  • Physically fit and able to ride for extended periods

  • Courteous behavior and good communication skills

Experience

  • No prior delivery experience required

  • Freshers, students, part-timers, and experienced delivery personnel are welcome

  • Prior experience in delivery/logistics (Zomato, Swiggy, Dunzo, Uber Eats, etc.) is a plus

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours – You choose your shift

  • Full-time: 8 to 10 hours per day

  • Part-time: 4 to 6 hours per day
