We operate using a consultative approach, partnering closely with leaders to understand business objectives and align talent strategies accordingly.</p><p></p><p><b>Role Overview</b></p><p>As a member of the TA COE reporting to the Head of Europe TA, the TA Partner, Europe will lead full lifecycle recruiting—including sourcing, screening, and offer consultation—to secure top talent.
