Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize multiple channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and recruitment databases to identify and engage top talent.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop tailored hiring strategies.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in the tech and non-tech domains.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for all candidates, regardless of hiring outcome.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress to stakeholders.


Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of HR technology tools and platforms
  • 3+ years of proven experience in recruitment, handling both technical (engineering, product, etc. ) and non-technical (marketing, operations, sales, etc. ) roles.
  • Experience in recruiting for startups or consulting firms is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related fields preferred.


Skills:

  • Strong sourcing and headhunting skills with expertise in tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Weekday, Naukri, Instahyre, ATS platforms, and job boards.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to assess both technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple roles and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with modern hiring practices, tools, and industry trends.
