You will be responsible for Policy Renewal Reminders by contacting customers via phone to remind them about upcoming policy renewals and the necessary steps for timely renewal. Additionally, you will address any customer queries related to their existing insurance policies, renewal process, and provide necessary support. It is crucial to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including follow-up calls, renewal status, and any customer requests or issues. Ensuring timely follow-ups to avoid lapses in coverage and providing excellent customer service by assisting with renewal inquiries and resolving concerns promptly are key aspects of your role. Identifying and escalating issues that require additional attention or assistance to senior customer service representatives or managers is also part of your responsibilities.
