The role bearer would be responsible for client engagement, customer service, operations, liability build up, cross sales at the designated branch and ensure regulatory requirements.</p><p> </p><p><strong style="color: rgb(155, 30, 38);">Roles & Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Daily customer engagement on assigned customer portfolio for CA/SA/TD build up, Asset & Wealth cross sell</li><li>Deliver business target assigned as per performance score card</li><li>Giving the client need based product solutions</li><li>Assessing customer propensity and ensuring higher product penetration per relationship</li><li>Referencing for more business from existing customers</li><li>Responsible for creating a customer-focused approach for quick resolution of all queries and complaints</li><li>Ensuring adherence to banking regulation & policies pertaining to Anti Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), Data & Information security etc.</li><li>Assist in closure of all observations in audit report</li><li>Client relationship management and customer services related to retail banking operations</li><li>Custodian of the branch vault and manage the vault limits</li><li>Supervise all cash and non-cash transactions like DD/MC, fund transfer etc.</li><li>Updating the key registers regularly</li><li>Review branch reports like end of day (EOD), cash position report, instruments issued etc.</li><li>Monitoring of dummy accounts, suspense accounts, deferred accounts, accounts payable/ receivable, reconciliation and maintenance of suspense accounts register as per the required format</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong style="color: rgb(155, 30, 38);">Education Qualification: </strong></p><p>Graduation: Bachelor’s in Engineering / Technology / Math’s / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Management</p><p> </p><p><strong style="color: rgb(155, 30, 38);">Experience:</strong> 0 to 2 years of relevant experience</p><br><br>
