<strong>Description<br><br></strong>ROW IB team is seeking a highly motivated transportation representative to help manage daily operational activities centrally across INFCs. Our teams' objective is to provide earliest appointment to all the sellers and address vendor/sellers appointment related requests. This is a chance to work in an innovative team, participating in operational excellence, system support, process and design that span the entire company. The transportation representative will support Sellers, Associates, and Management while ensuring program standards for individual and team performance are met. An transportation Representative at ROW IB is responsible for flow of information between different stakeholders and resolves the issues created by sellers/vendors accurately in a timely manner.<br><br>Key job responsibilities<br><br>An Transportation Representative provides timely resolution to the issue in hand by checking and querying internal tools and by taking real-time decisions. An ideal candidate should be able to understand the requirements/be able to analyze data and notice trends and be able to drive seller experience without compromising on time. The candidate should have the basic understanding of inbounding and should be able to communicate clearly in english in the written and verbal form via mails and hotline calls.<br><br>A day in the life<br><br>An Transportation Representative is responsible for addressing vendor/seller requests via mails/calls/Ticketing mechanism in a timely manner within an ambiguous environment using data analysis and other tools. This requires high level of ownership by facilitating flow of information, reporting progress and identifying blockers & providing resolutions. An Transportation Representative will insist on high standards while addressing requests and proposing alternate solutions by checking earliest availability.<br><br><strong>About The Team<br><br></strong>Rest of World Inbound (ROW IB) team is a vertical of ROW APEX, India Operations. Our team objective is to provide the hassle-free and smooth inbounding experience to all sellers and vendors across Amazon fulfillment centers. The team is responsible to plan the freight delivery across fulfillment centers, perform rescue operations, contingency management and address vendor'seller appointment related requests.<br><br><strong>Basic Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li> Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities</li><li> Experience managing time efficiently, meeting personal goals, and working effectively with internal, partner, and customer teams</li><li> Experience with computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li><li> Knowledge of working over internet and successfully navigating websites</li><li> Graduation from a recognized university</li><li> Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English language.</li><li> Ability to communicate correctly and understand the issues.</li><li> Ability to concentrate and follow up on issues without distraction to resolution.</li><li> Deep diving skills<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li> Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis, or experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence.<br><br></li></ul>Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
