ABOTTS Consulting Inc., (a US-based California Corporation) is looking for a persistent, responsible, and experienced Accounting (Finance, Bookkeeping) and Administration Associate to join our successful organization. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional environment. The ideal candidate should be a highly organized and detail-oriented, self-starter, with experience in executive administration to include accounting (finance, bookkeeping) and operations. RESPONSIBILITIES: ACCOUNTING Functions - to include, but not limited to: accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchase orders, inventory, etc. Vendor sourcing, management, and relationship maintenance. Maintaining records according to generally accepted accounting principles including the recordation of general journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and reconciliation of bank statements.Applying strong accounting skills, including A/P, A/R, purchasing backup, journal entries, and all bookkeeping through financial statement preparation. Ensure the company is compliant with all legal requirements, city, county, state, and federal regulations and guidelines. GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE Functions - Prepare reports, documents, and spreadsheets as needed or directed. Coordinates and oversees the completion of special projects as needed. Respond to general communication and correspondence for the company. Handle and protect confidential information with the highest level of discretion. Attend training as necessary to stay up-to-date on the latest practices and codes. PREFERRED SKILLS: Proficient in Ceipal Workforce ( especially in Timesheet and Invoice Module) , QuickBooks Online, Bills pay, and Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). ADP Run Payroll skills and strong bookkeeping Skills are required Accuracy and attention to detail is required, as well as a track record of reliability, confidentiality, and conscientious work habits Great analytical and mathematical skills as related to accounting experience is required. Strong attention to detail with exceptional level of accuracy and commitment to producing high-quality work. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with strong time management skills with ability to multitask. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Demonstrate capability to take initiative and work independently with little/ no supervision. Ability to work closely with diverse groups of people, including company employees at all levels, customers, vendors, suppliers, and other outside professionals QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE: 5 years experience in US Accounting (including financial reporting to upper management) and Human Resources. Experience in India Accounting
