The team fosters a structured environment focused on delivering measurable value through effective communication, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement, contributing to the overall success of VIZIO's technology landscape.<br/><br/><strong>What you'll do...</strong><br/><br/>We are seeking an experienced Staff, Technology Operations to manage and optimize our Atlassian Cloud suite, ensuring scalability, sustainability, and adherence to industry best practices. This role involves supporting users, enhancing workflows, and driving efficiency across Jira, Confluence, and related tools. <br/><br/><b>Responsibilities:</b><br/>In this role, you will manage and maintain the Atlassian Cloud suite, including Jira, Confluence, Service Management, Work Management, and Atlassian Guard, ensuring reliability and performance. You will assist users by responding to support requests through the Jira Service Management ticketing system and develop architectural and end-user documentation for the IT Confluence Knowledge Base. You will conduct training sessions on Confluence and Jira, covering tool usage, new features, and best practices. Working closely with the Senior Atlassian Administrator, you will configure Jira workflows and Confluence templates while identifying opportunities for functional improvements. Additionally, you will help configure Atlassian Analytics to deliver actionable insights for IT and business stakeholders. A key part of your role will be to maintain governance and best practices to ensure scalability, sustainability, and manageability across all Atlassian tools. <br/> <br/><b>Qualifications:</b><br/>To succeed in this position, you should have at least three years of relevant experience as an Atlassian Administrator. You must demonstrate expertise in managing complex Jira projects and workflows and configuring Confluence spaces effectively. A strong understanding of Atlassian configuration principles and governance is essential.
