Columbia River Carbonates is a supplier of high grade, ultra-fine ground calcium carbonate throughout the Northwestern United States, Western Canada, and the Pacific Rim. We are seeking a self-starter with a can-do attitude who has experience in industrial manufacturing processes.

Schedule & Training

· Our facility operates 24/7/365, and this position requires availability for rotating shifts.

· Training schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. (approximately 30-days)

· Upon completion of training, you will transition to 4, 10-hour shifts (days 6am-4:30pm or nights 6pm-4:30am). Schedule changes are communicated in advance.

· Note: Applications without confirmed shiftwork availability will be automatically rejected.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safety First: Follow all plant safety policies and procedures, prioritizing safe work habits at all times.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, bagging equipment, palletizing robot, and stretch wrapper.
  • Verify, stage, and prepare shipments to meet customer requirements.
  • Assemble and stage customer orders accurately.
  • Maintain organized inventory, labeling, and storage practices.
  • Perform routine inspections of equipment and report issues.
  • Support production teams by ensuring timely material flow.
  • Safely load, unload, and move raw materials and finished products.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
  • Complete required paperwork, labeling, and documentation.
  • Follow all company safety standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Work as part of a team to meet production goals, accept delegated tasks, and follow through on assignments.
Qualifications · 1+ year of experience in an industrial or production environment preferred.

· Availability for all shifts and all days as required.

· Valid U.S. driver’s license.
