Job Summary

The Elite Job is actively seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Virtual Interview Scheduler to support our recruitment team. This remote role is designed for individuals who can work US business hours and have excellent English communication skills. You will coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, manage calendars, and provide top‑net administrative support throughout the recruitment process. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers across different time zones

  • Manage calendar invitations, video call links, and ensure smooth communication between stakeholders

  • Send timely confirmations, reminders, and follow‑ups to candidates

  • Monitor the interview pipeline and ensure all interviews are scheduled within the required timeframes

  • Update candidate status in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or internal database

  • Handle rescheduling requests efficiently and professionally

  • Support recruitment events such as virtual hiring days or panel interviews

  • Maintain confidentiality of candidate and client information at all times

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar, Zoom, or MS Teams

  • Basic knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Greenhouse, iCIMS, or Lever

  • Ability to manage time zones, deadlines, and multiple calendars simultaneously

  • Comfortable working independently and with minimal supervision

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR support, or administrative scheduling preferred

  • Prior remote work experience is an added advantage

  • Fresh graduates with excellent communication and coordination skills may also apply

Working Hours

  • US Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST (Indian Standard Time)

  • Flexibility may be required to support urgent or last‑minute interview requests

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong command of English grammar and email etiquette

  • Knowledge of virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet)

  • Understanding of interview processes and the importance of candidate experience
