Job descriptionWe are looking for a skilled WordPress Developer with over three years of experience to join our team. You'll play a key role in developing and maintaining our core SaaS platform, which is built on WordPress. This is a remote position where you will be responsible for the full development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain our WordPress-based SaaS application, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and security.
  • Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code using PHP, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
  • Collaborate with our product and design teams to translate business requirements and user needs into technical specifications.
  • Manage and optimize database structures for efficiency and scalability.
  • Integrate third-party services and APIs as needed to extend platform functionality.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to the application, server, and database.
  • Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in WordPress development, SaaS architecture, and web security.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Full Stack or Web Application Engineer with 3+ years of professional experience.
  • Deep expertise in WordPress development, including custom theme and plugin creation.
  • Strong understanding of PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience building and maintaining a SaaS (Software as a Service) product or platform.
  • Familiarity with common development tools like Git and project management software.
  • Solid knowledge of database design and management, particularly with MySQL.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations is a plus.

Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
  • Knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
