Benefit Specialist Responsibilities

  • Contact clients who have requested information about their benefits.
  • Schedule and conduct virtual benefit reviews via Zoom.
  • Guide clients through enrollment in their benefit plans.
  • Complete a report card after each benefits review to document interactions.
