About the position

The Business Transformation team is responsible for facilitating strategic and business planning processes, delivering and managing a broad portfolio of strategic projects, providing regional and global transformation management services, ensuring operational quality and compliance, and continuously improving operational performance to meet the evolving needs of partners and stakeholders. This role will work broadly across the organization enabling the effective delivery of the organization’s value proposition and transformation agenda. The AVP will conduct research and analysis, develop hypothesis based and data driven recommendations to business challenges, develop and implement operating model enhancements, manage and deliver projects to support the high-impact strategic priorities, drive efficiency, consistency, and speed in operations and develop socialization materials for executive leaders creating value for Blackstone portfolio companies and Revantage. This position is based out of Revantage’s headquarters in Chicago, IL.

Responsibilities

  • Assist and facilitate strategic planning processes and the development of strategic plans, business cases, and roadmaps by conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and optimize resources across the platform by collecting, analyzing and synthesizing data, supporting process reviews, benchmarking, and performance analysis to identify areas of cost savings and operational improvements
  • Collaborate with functional leaders to develop and optimize business plans and operational strategies that align to company vision, goals and success measures
  • Support the portfolio management life cycle from demand management, prioritization, project execution to results management and reporting
  • Establish and manage governance structures and mechanisms to provide oversight and accountability for transformation initiatives
  • Develop change management plans, communicate changes effectively to stakeholders, and support the implementation process to ensure successful execution
  • Identify leading practices and trends applying insights to enhance the organization's approach and methodologies
  • Support partner lifecycle management to include partner onboarding and offboarding strategy and supporting processes and operational support and infrastructure to improve partner experience
  • Support the lifecycle of service offerings from initial ideation and value proposition development through launch, delivery, and management of offering catalogs and underlying collateral
  • Manage data collection, verification, and report production for in-place offering performance measurement and monthly management reporting
  • Support centralized management of offshore delivery center and support development of thought leadership, accelerators, and repeatable processes to guide partners in developing their offshoring strategies
  • Demonstrate discretion and professionalism when working on sensitive business and organizational issues, manage ambiguity and propose workable solutions to challenging problems
  • Develop storyboards and analytical frameworks, synthesize findings and identify key insights from analysis of data and qualitative insights
  • Support project planning and execution of business plans and initiatives by managing timelines, deliverables and stakeholder communications effectively
  • Collaborate with Revantage leadership to develop and optimize business strategies that align with company vision, goals and success measures and design operating model transformation initiatives
  • Collaborate with the People & Culture team on hiring initiatives, employee engagement initiatives, and communication - continue to make Revantage a great place to work

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering, finance, or technology
  • Minimum 6 years of demonstrated success and experience in Management/Strategy Consulting, Corporate Strategy or Business Transformation, Corporate Finance or Investment Banking
  • Ability to think creatively and outside the box to simplify complex metrics and information into easy-to-understand concepts and senior executive messaging
  • Action-oriented, creative, strategic thinking that identifies and connects opportunities, sees gaps, and finds points of connectivity across the enterprise
  • Courage in challenging thinking and pushing the collective toward better outcomes to improve the health of the business
  • Expert analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
  • Expert verbal and written communication skills developing presentations for a wide variety of audiences
  • Demonstrated history of collaboration, inter-personal, and influencing skills
  • Comfort in working effectively with people at all levels of an organization, including C-suite
