This means you will be expected to work from your home, within the continental US. If the role is remote, there may be occasions that you are requested to come to the office based on business need. Travel Less than or equal to 10% Principal Duties & Responsibilities • Develops innovative and creative approaches to build and maintain relationships to drive partner engagement through a disciplined partner management approach; helps grow revenue by effectively managing, developing and retaining quality business relationships with premier platforms; establishes operational and data integrity goals with assigned partners on an annual basis. • Works closely with internal leadership to drive growth strategies with assigned vendor partnerships; drives both strategic and tactical operational elements, to include establishing and tracking metrics for financial planning and partner goal setting, enhancing the sales process system, supporting accuracy and consistency in enrollment data, including when applicable, EOI processing and platform integrations to improve Aflac’s competitive market position and corporate profitability. • Acts as liaison between Aflac Group and Digital Distribution partners; supports targeted sales volume and maximizes market potential; supports account issues as needed; develops marketing and sales strategies for assigned partnerships; supports issue identification and resolution related to enrollment processing and data exchange, striving to maintain and consistently enhances Aflac Group’s competitive position in the marketplace. • Drives knowledge and understanding by collaborating with the marketing and communications team to develop and implement communication, training, and marketing approaches that positively impact sales and marketing activities for both internal and external partners • Develops and maintains a holistic view of Aflac offerings and competitor and market conditions nationally and works to identify opportunities; stays abreast of current trends and best practices in enrollment platform integrations, and data exchange processes. • Facilitate collaboration and coordination between internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on key initiatives, projects, and deliverables, which may include resolution of complex enrollment and integration-related issues. • Serves as trusted advisor to partners, providing industry insights, best practices, and thought leadership to support our mutual business objectives, guidance on enrollment process accuracy and platform capabilities. • Communicate regularly with partners to provide updates on project status, performance metrics, and upcoming initiatives to ensure transparency and alignment. • Take part in key broker meetings, finalist presentations, and equivalent meetings. • Performs other duties as required Total Rewards The salary range for this job is $115,000 to $150,000. This range is specific to the job and salary offers consider a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and peer compensation. The range has been created in good faith based on information known to Aflac at the time of the posting. At Aflac, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role to allow for future and continued salary growth, and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each case. This salary range does not include any potential incentive pay or benefits, however, such information will be provided separately when appropriate. In addition to the base salary, we offer an array of benefits to meet your needs including medical, dental, and vision coverage, prescription drug coverage, health care flexible spending, dependent care flexible spending, Aflac supplemental policies (Accident, Cancer, Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity offered at no costs to employee), 401(k) plans, annual bonuses, and an opportunity to purchase company stock. On an annual basis, you’ll also be offered 11 paid holidays, up to 20 days PTO to be used for any reason, and, if eligible, state-mandated sick leave (Washington employees accrue 1-hour sick leave for every 40 hours worked) and other leaves of absence, if eligible, when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
