We are currently seeking a Infor Workbrain/WFM Funcitional Analyst - REMOTE to join our team in Atlanta, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US).

Position Summary

Responsible for the administration, configuration, support, and optimization of the Infor Workforce Management (formerly Workbrain) platform.

This role partners with HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT teams to ensure accurate timekeeping, scheduling, pay rule configuration, and workforce compliance. Infor Workbrain is commonly used at 25 GPI locations for time and attendance, scheduling, absence management, and payroll integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and support Infor Workbrain / Infor Workforce Management.
  • Configure and maintain time and attendance, scheduling, pay rules, accruals, and absence management.
  • Troubleshoot employee punch, scheduling, and payroll discrepancies.
  • Develop, test, and implement system enhancements and configuration changes.
  • Create and maintain reports.
  • Support labor forecasting and schedule optimization processes.
  • Manage interfaces between Workbrain, payroll, and other enterprise systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws for Federal and State, complex union agreements, and overtime rules.
  • Conduct system testing, upgrades, and release validation.
  • Provide end-user training and documentation.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend solutions.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience supporting Infor Workforce Management (Workbrain).
  • 5+ years understanding of workforce management, payroll, scheduling, and timekeeping processes.
  • 5+ years of experience configuring pay rules, attendance policies, accruals, and schedules.
  • 5+ years of experience with system integrations and interface troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Java-based customizations and integrations.
  • Must fully understand FLSA concepts regarding Weighted Average and Rate-in-Effect calculations
  • Knowledge of labor forecasting, schedule optimization, time clocks, Employee Transaction Manager (ETM) and workforce planning modules.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles.

The starting pay range for this remote role is $78,948 – 164,476.

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
