Insurance Sales Specialist (Arabic Speakers)

<p>Job Statement: Attend incoming calls from customers requesting motor policies, generating leads, provide motor insurance quotations and policies sales service through entering information into the computerized system, ensure quotations and policies are prepared and submitted as per service standards.</p><p><br></p><p>• Ensure proper follow ups on motor policy renewals, keep track of follow ups, maintain your customer data base updated with status of renewals and reasons of lost business, if any. </p><p>• Attend incoming calls, or emails with requests of new motor quotations,</p><p>• For new motor insurance business, assess the risk, determine the coverage limits and premiums as per company policies and procedures, prepare quotations, and policies explaining vehicle coverage and premiums, as per instructions.</p><p>• follow up until business is converted to a policy. </p><p>• Handle other customer inquiries both telephonically and by email, manage and resolve customer complaints, if received, identify and escalate priority issues, follow up customer calls where necessary.</p><p>• Prepare data reports(daily production, client follow up report, and quotation tracker ect.)</p><p>• Ensure all customer and policy related information including customer documents are uploaded dully to the system without failure</p><p>• Provide required support for B2C customers, and follow ups on leads received from B2C.</p><p>• Provide other information requested on medical individual, technical coverages such as workmen’s compensation, and motor accidents.</p><p>• Any other task as assigned by the Line Manager.</p>
