Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting IT-related issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems and networks. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level and second-level IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.

  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.

  • Monitor and manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud-based systems.

  • Assist in IT security management by implementing antivirus solutions, firewalls, and system updates.

  • Maintain documentation of IT assets, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.

  • Collaborate with other IT team members to improve system efficiency and automation.

  • Provide technical training and support to employees on IT systems and best practices.

  • Assist with IT procurement, vendor management, and inventory tracking.

  • Perform routine system audits, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2-5 years of IT support experience.

  • Strong knowledge of Windows, MacOS, and Linux operating systems.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and networking protocols.

  • Familiarity with IT security principles and troubleshooting methodologies.

  • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing hardware/software issues.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience

  • Prior experience working in multinational corporations (MNCs) or IT service companies preferred.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Singapore Time)

  • Occasional on-call support or weekend work may be required for system maintenance.

  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, VPNs, and cloud solutions.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple IT issues efficiently.
