Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Order Processing Executive to join our dynamic E-commerce Support team. As an essential part of our operations, you will manage end-to-end order processing for our online clients, ensuring seamless execution and outstanding customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process customer orders received through various e-commerce platforms with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Liaise with vendors, warehouses, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Address customer queries related to order status, shipping, returns, and refunds via email or chat support.
  • Update and maintain accurate records of transactions, order tracking, and inventory systems.
  • Investigate and resolve order discrepancies or delivery issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the customer service and sales teams to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Generate regular reports on order trends, fulfillment rates, and operational bottlenecks.
  • Adhere to company policies and maintain data confidentiality in all order processing activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Magento, WooCommerce).
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and order management systems.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in order processing, e-commerce operations, or customer support.

  • Familiarity with international shipping processes and customs documentation is a plus.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position.
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (flexible working hours based on project requirements and time zones).
