Real Estate Broker - High Commissions

We are seeking motivated and driven Real Estate Agents to join our dynamic team, specialising in the Off-Plan and Secondary Market sectors in Dubai. The role requires a professional individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can build strong client relationships, generate new business opportunities, and close successful transactions. Responsibilities * Collect and maintain accurate property information, ensuring professional marketing materials are prepared. * Stay updated on Dubai’s residential property market regulations and compliance requirements. * Conduct property valuations and attend property viewings with potential clients. * Negotiate with buyers, tenants, sellers, and landlords from viewing through to offer stage. * Monitor sales and lettings progress in coordination with our Sales Progression and Home Move Advisory teams. * Carry out regular follow-up calls with clients after viewings to provide feedback and maintain relationships. * Keep up to date with local market trends and competitor activity. * Generate new business through the company’s database, client referrals, and proactive networking. * Liaise with banks, mortgage consultants, surveyors, sales progressors, and other agencies to facilitate transactions.
