They are seeking an experienced, client-facing Senior Payroll Specialist to manage client accounts, transition clients to their platform, and provide onboarding and training support.


Responsibilities

  • Transition and service your existing book of business using our payroll platform (iSolved)
  • Onboard new and incoming clients, providing hands-on support during setup and data migration
  • Train client users on the iSolved platform with help from the Implementation Team
  • Manage full-cycle payroll processing for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Serve as the main point of contact for payroll and HRIS-related client inquiries
  • Collaborate with tax, compliance, and client support teams to ensure a seamless experience
  • Deliver excellent service and build long-term client relationships
  • Earn aggressive commissions for any accounts you bring over, with ongoing monthly payouts

Skills

  • 5+ years of payroll experience, preferably with a regional or national provider
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines with confidence
  • Trusted client relationships that you are ready to transition (ideal but not required)
  • Strong communication skills and a client-service mindset
  • Ability to train clients and support platform adoption
  • Candidates with experience managing client relationships are encouraged to apply
  • Experience with iSolved or similar HRIS/payroll platforms strongly preferred
