Description:

We are looking for an AI Integration Architect to help design and implement AI-powered
integrations across enterprise systems. This role focuses on embedding AI into real-
world workflows, rather than building standalone AI products.

You will work closely with engineering, product, and client teams to integrate AI services
into existing architectures using APIs, event-driven systems, and workflow automation.
The role is part-time and fully remote, open to candidates based in Europe or the USA.

Key Responsibilities

– Design and lead AI integrations within existing enterprise systems and platforms
– Integrate AI/ML services (e.g., LLMs, predictive models, automation tools) via
APIs
– Architect and implement event-driven and message-based architectures
– Enable workflow automation using AI-driven decision logic
– Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate
business needs into technical solutions
– Ensure integrations are scalable, secure, and maintainable
– Support proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and guide production deployments
– Provide architectural guidance and best practices for AI adoption

Required Skills & Experience

– Strong background in system integration and solution architecture
– Hands-on experience integrating AI or ML capabilities into existing systems
– Solid knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns
– Experience with event-driven architectures.
– Understanding of workflow automation and orchestration
– Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time environment
– Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-
technical stakeholders

Nice to Have

– Experience with LLMs, AI agents, or AI orchestration frameworks
– Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
– Experience in IT consulting or enterprise environments
– Exposure to platforms such as ServiceNow, ERP, CRM, or other enterprise
systems
– Knowledge of security, data privacy, and compliance considerations in AI
integrations
