Material Handler

· The pay rate of 19.00 an hour

· Monday thru Friday: 6:00 am to 3:30 pm

· Temp to Perm

· The job location is in Garland, Texas and Plano, Texas

Duties & Key Responsibilities

· Previous inventory or warehouse experience.

· Knowledge of scrap salvaging and handling methods and procedures.
Material handling Experience.

· Must be able to follow established written and verbal instructions.

· Demonstrated computer literacy.

· Able to operate lift truck and forklift.

· Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

· Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials and components for damage or discrepancies.

· Move raw materials, electrical components, and finished products throughout the facility using pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material handling equipment.

· Deliver materials to production lines to support assembly of power distribution equipment and electrical systems.

· Pick and stage parts according to work orders, production schedules, and bill of materials (BOM).

· Maintain accurate inventory by performing cycle counts and reporting shortages or discrepancies.

· Label, package, and prepare finished products and materials for shipment.



Experience:
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Shipping /Receiving

Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
