About the position

Responsibilities

  • Lead a group of Rebuild experts to perform CIRCA workshops.
  • Guide field team and dealers to execute CI Rebuild strategy at model level.
  • Oversee research of multiple requests from business development leaders across the country.
  • Develop, recommend and implement dealer specific / model specific Rebuild plans for key products and services; collaborating on brand positioning, databases and direct response.
  • Develop strategic plans for expansion of existing Rebuild capabilities and Go-to-market (GTM) initiatives.
  • Develop new products or services; coordinating the implementation of plans.
  • Present overall Rebuilds execution plans and strategic direction for region to senior management for funding approval and support.
