Job Description

  • Develop and implement the organization's IT strategy in alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
  • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize services and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data security standards.
  • Identify and implement innovative technologies to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide technology initiatives.
  • Monitor and manage the IT budget effectively.
  • Ensure AI capabilities are thoughtfully integrated into every initiative-enhancing automation, decision-making, and user productivity. Identify practical use cases, govern responsible adoption, and partner with stakeholders to operationalize AI in ways that deliver measurable business value.
  • IT infrastructure strategy, digital transformation, systems maintenance.

  • Deep understanding of the fashion apparel industry and operation
  • Participates in all hardware and software evaluations and maintains vendor contracts.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Director, Information Technology should have:

  • A strong background in IT systems, infrastructure, and project management.
  • Proven leadership skills to manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to implement innovative solutions.
  • Experience in the Media & Agency industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and data security best practices.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • At least 8 - 10 years of professional experience in organization management and global project management
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, information systems, computer science or related field
  • Experience with global scale IT infrastructure project management
