Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) who is interested in being trained as a Dialysis RN. Full time position.<div><span style="font-size: 14.0px;"><span style="font-family: arial , helvetica , sans-serif;"><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE</strong></span></span></div> <div>The Clinical Nurse II will complete a paid training program designed to develop base line knowledge of the Standard of Nephrology Nursing Practice. Upon completion of the program, the Clinical Nurse II will competently display an expected level of performance that integrates knowledge, skills, abilities and judgement to care for the CKD patient. The Clinical Nurse II is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care through outcome identification and evidence based practice. The Clinical Nurse II is part of the health care team and assists to coordinate patient care, communicates, and collaborates with the other members of the health care team. The Clinical Nurse acts as a patient teacher and advocate. The Clinical Nurse II actively participates in professional role development activities including continuing education, quality assessment and improvement, and the review and clinical application of research findings. The Clinical Nurse IIdevelops ethically sound practice and confronts ethical challenges through application of the Nephrology Nursing Standards of Practice and Standards of Care.
