Role Description

As a Virtual Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. You will be responsible for managing client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to our team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
