This is a sales and customer facing position, no office requirement. Overall Purpose: Drive revenue growth and support aligned sales teams as the product specialist, assisting in the sale of complex products, services, and solutions tailored to customers’ needs.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and sell Mission Critical Applications and Solutions from FirstNet portfolio and support the customers with any additional FirstNet approved solutions.
  • Generate sales of FirstNet solutions while assisting with life-cycle activities to keep the customers compliant and to maintain the current FirstNet base in our partner segments.
  • Submit eligibility use cases for new customers, clearing any audits for current customers and uncovering new use cases to drive additional revenue paths.
  • Be a liaison to the FirstNet Response Operations team during customer emergencies.
  • Collaborate with the customers’ Emergency Management/Business continuity teams.
  • Coordinate Emergency Operations Plans with the customer for planned and unplanned events.
  • This role is an overlay seller that carry production unit objectives.
  • Responsible for growing the FirstNet subscriber base within our partner segments.
  • Needs broad knowledge of diverse sales Industries that FirstNet can be implemented.
  • Understands the offers and promotions and can communicate these to our internal partners effectively.

Requirements

  • Ability to give a full FirstNet presentation.
  • Prospecting drive & focus, willingness to reach out to customers and drive business.

Nice-to-haves

  • Demonstrated success in selling Mobility solutions & FirstNet to Public/Private Sector Customers preferably Enterprise sized customers.
  • 3 Years of FirstNet Product Sales Experience.
  • End to End Solution Sales Experience.
  • Mobility Solutions Sales Experience (Mobility: Devices, Rate Plans, Software, Features (Mission Critical).
  • Excellent customer interface skills including excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills.
