This role is for someone who is focused on improving campaign performance and optimizing daily.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Building Facebook & Instagram lead generation campaigns
  • Setting up advertising accounts for new clients
  • Reviewing every client account daily
  • Monitoring campaign health and performance
  • Having a QA process and identifying underperforming campaigns early
  • Optimizing campaigns based on data
  • Writing ad copy
  • Setting up lead forms and understanding the relationship between friction, lead quality, and lead quantity
  • Testing audiences, offers, headlines, creatives, and messaging
  • Monitoring lead quality and identifying issues early
  • Recommending when campaigns need creative refreshes
  • Documenting campaign changes
  • Preparing daily updates, weekly reports, and monthly reports

You should genuinely enjoy optimizing campaigns, finding ways for them to perform better every single day, and making our clients more revenue through your hard work!
