About the opportunity

We are looking for a creative guru to fill an open eLearningMultimedia Learning Specialist role. This individual is passionate about design and how it enhances and enriches the learning experience for our diverse population of learners. The eLearning Multimedia Learning Specialist is responsible for creating rich media assets, courses and learning program materials. Examples include: graphic design and layout, photography/ photo editing, video scripting, filming, and editing, illustration, sound/audio production, and eLearning development.

In this role you will have the opportunity to transform the learning organization by taking it to the next level from a creative design and product perspective. You will support a variety of exciting projects—both for internal stakeholders and functional stakeholders.

You will also support a variety of audiences, including: Store Employees, Franchisees, Field Support, and Store Support Center employees. The primary purpose of this position is to help develop new impactful training assets, materials, and courses, maintain and update existing programs/materials, support rollouts and initiatives, and develop creative design strategies and standards that will help elevate the Learning and Development function.

This individual is someone who can effectively communicate and influence peers and leaders. They must be able to manage multiple stakeholders and projects while providing recommendations for how to innovate and improve our collective creative processes, outputs, and products within the learning function. They are adept at providing creative guidance, direction, and taking feedback to develop right-fit solutions. This role requires broad experience and skill across multiple technologies and software and a propensity to stay up to speed with the latest technologies and learn modern technologies through self-directed learning.

About You:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred
  • Expertise in: Adobe Creative Cloud (ex. Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premier Pro, After Effects), Captivate, Articulate Storyline, etc.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of progressive multimedia, graphic, video, and eLearning roles
  • Experience supporting retail/restaurant operation environments a +
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong prioritization and resource planning skills
  • Excellent computer/technology skills and a predisposition for problem solving
