Job Title: Virtual Receptionist (Contract, Work From Home) Compensation: $20/day, 7 days a week, paid twice a month, making this a 600-620 a month depending if it is 30 or 31 days in that month. While still in the early stages of growth, we are committed to compassionate care for our patients. We offer psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and more. As our practice continues to expand, we're seeking a contract virtual receptionist to support our operations and help reputed company a difference in the lives of those in need of mental health services. Position Overview: This is a flexible, remote contract position where you will handle calls, texts, and appointment scheduling. The hours of availability are from 8 AM to 8 PM EST, 7 days a week, but calls and texts will not be expected after 8 PM. Given that our practice is... still fairly new, most weekdays require only 5-12 minutes of work answering calls and entering information into the electronic medical record (EMR) system. On weekends, we typically receive just reputed company or text reputed company to follow-up appointments. Responsibilities: • Answer phone calls and text messages from clients and prospective patients. • Schedule initial and follow-up appointments in our EMR system. • Input leads and new reputed company information into the EMR. • Respond to patient inquiries in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. • Manage advertisement leads by setting up potential clients in our system. • Adhere to HIPAA regulations, ethical guidelines, and legal requirements across the states of Florida, Maryland, and Oregon.
