Primary Job Duties

  • *This is a full-time position.
  • *As a Fleet Service Agent, you will be responsible for cleaning and preparing our aircraft for the next day.
  • General cleaning of the interior(s) and exterior(s) of SkyWest aircraft
  • Stock and organize aircraft materials and supplies
  • Limited maintenance and cleaning of maintenance hangar and maintenance facility
  • Other duties as assigned by the Manager, Supervisor, or Crew Leader

Minimum Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to routinely lift 50+ pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • Able to read, write, and understand English fluently
  • Possess a valid, unrestricted state-issued driver's license
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Work under stressful situations and tight time constraints
  • Self-motivated
  • Team-minded
  • Position consisting of overnight hours
  • Required to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules

Physical and Other Requirements

  • Use of chemicals and mild detergents
  • Ability to learn and identify different aircraft types
  • Extensive movement through the aircraft cabin (ex: standing, sitting row by row)
  • This is a full-time position, starting at $17.31 per hour
  • This is not a Department of Transportation safety-sensitive position
