About the Role Our client, a leader in specialty insurance, is seeking a dynamic Lead Professional Liability Underwriter for a fully remote position. This role is critical in developing and executing underwriting strategies for professional liability products, managing a significant book of business, and mentoring a team of underwriters. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement underwriting strategies for professional liability insurance products. Underwrite new and renewal business, evaluating complex risks and determining appropriate pricing and terms. Manage a profitable portfolio of professional liability accounts. Lead and mentor a team of professional liability underwriters, providing guidance and expertise. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with brokers and agents nationwide.
