Our client, a leading recruitment consultancy, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Technical Recruiter to join their expanding team. This role is crucial in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier technology talent for a diverse range of clients. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the technology landscape, exceptional sourcing skills, and a strong ability to build rapport with both candidates and hiring managers. Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles across various industries, including software engineering, data science, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates using a variety of tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking). Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical talent. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamics. Extend and negotiate job offers, ensuring a competitive and appealing compensation package. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Stay current with technology industry trends and recruitment best practices. Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent community development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within a recruitment agency or consultancy setting. Proven track record of successfully filling complex technology roles. In-depth knowledge of various technology stacks, programming languages, and IT concepts. Expertise in using ATS and various sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub Jobs, Stack Overflow Jobs). Excellent interviewing, negotiation, and closing skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
