We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Event Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing the full lifecycle of events across multiple brands. This position offers a hybrid working environment, requiring a minimum of two days in the office per week, allowing for a balance of remote and on-site collaboration. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and executing various events, including tradeshows, sponsorship activations, and other marketing-related activities. This role is ideal for a candidate with 1-2 years of experience in event coordination who thrives in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment and possesses strong organizational skills and attention to detail. In this role, you will coordinate logistics such as venue booking, vendor management, and staffing to ensure each event runs seamlessly from conception to completion. You will also be tasked with managing sponsorship elements, liaising with sponsors to maximize their participation and visibility. Additionally, supporting broader marketing operations will be a key part of your responsibilities, contributing to campaign success and overall brand impact. As a hybrid role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with various internal teams, including marketing, sales, and creative departments, fostering a cross-functional approach to event and campaign execution. The role may also involve limited travel to key events, providing dynamic exposure to the events industry and an opportunity to represent the company in diverse settings.
