About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Create high-quality graphics, thumbnails, and digital creatives for brand and marketing content.
2. Shoot and edit reels, short videos, tutorials, and product demos.
3. Manage social media handles (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn) plan, post & track engagement.
4. Ideate and execute creative campaigns aligned with brand goals.
5. Collaborate directly with the founding team to build brand presence from scratch.
6. Stay updated with social media trends and integrate them into daily content.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 4,60,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,80,000 - 3,60,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 60,000 - 1,00,000 /year
