We are hiring an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to provide remote functional and technical support during night shifts for a US-based organization.
This freelance, work-from-home opportunity is ideal for professionals skilled in multiple SuccessFactors modules who can independently manage and resolve support tickets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide functional and technical support across SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goals, Onboarding, and HCM).
  • Manage incident tickets and service requests within agreed SLAs.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve configuration and integration issues.
  • Collaborate with global HR and IT teams to ensure system stability and optimal performance.
  • Perform testing, validation, and updates following configuration changes.
  • Maintain documentation of issues, configurations, and resolutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and system security across HR processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Expertise in at least three or more modules (EC, RCM, LMS, PMGM, ONB, HCM).
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and SAP integrations.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently during night shifts and manage multiple tickets.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification preferred.
