  • *What You’ll Do
  • Deliver instructor‑led virtual training and support on
  • *Microsoft applications
, including:
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint
  • Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat
  • Copilot in Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Edge
  • Train users on
  • *both traditional features and modern AI powered capabilities
  • Explain how Microsoft tools work together across the productivity lifecycle
  • Create and maintain training materials (decks, job aids, cheat sheets, prompt examples, videos, etc.)
  • Deliver training content and support fluently in
  • *both French and English
  • Tailor sessions for different audiences (end users, finance, operations, leadership)
  • Support users with various technical Microsoft issues
  • Guide users on how to setup various Microsoft tools for their projects
