Job Summary

The Elite Job is looking for a dedicated Shopify & Etsy Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic e-commerce team. In this remote role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service through email, chat, and other online channels. Your main responsibility will be to manage inquiries related to orders, products, returns, refunds, and general assistance while ensuring a seamless shopping experience. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in e-commerce platforms, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and messaging platforms.

  • Handle order processing, cancellations, returns, and exchanges for Shopify and Etsy stores.

  • Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and assist customers in tracking their orders.

  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally, ensuring a high satisfaction rate.

  • Update and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment, shipping issues, and inventory updates.

  • Monitor customer feedback and provide suggestions for improving customer experience.

  • Stay updated on Shopify and Etsy policies, guidelines, and best practices.
